Rename the package from `single-spa-angular` to `@single-spa-community/angular`. Publishing permissions for the original `single-spa-angular` npm package were lost following the passing of the original maintainer, Joel (Jolyn) Denning. This rename reflects the transition to the `@single-spa-community` scope while npm org access is being resolved. Changes include: - Updated package.json name field - Updated all references in JSON configs and documentation - Renamed relevant folders and import paths
