Alaveteli theme for WhatDoTheyKnow

This is the Alaveteli theme that is used on whatdotheyknow.com

To install::
 
  ./script/plugin install git://github.com/mysociety/whatdotheyknow-theme.git

Look in the lib/ folder of the plugin to see how the overrides happen.
