first draft of admin documentation. Will soon push changes of a diagram showing If user wants to run a job. Does that job will profit of multiple cpus, does it need gpu, single node is enough? need multiple nodes? And will provide an example of sbatch directives for each case,( single-core, multitple-core, mpi, hybrid-openmp-mpi, gpu-single node etc. )
