feat(legacy): Bahasa Create/Open forms on /id/ - #122

Every visible form string (labels, placeholders, buttons, section headings, helper
text, success/warning copy, result + reading views) now renders in Indonesian when
lang=id, via an F:{en,id} dictionary threaded through CreateView/OpenView. Uses
'tool'/'bagian keluarga', no 'alat'. Deep crypto-lib error messages (e.g. wrong
password) remain English for now.

Translates the Digital Legacy Letter's interactive forms to Bahasa on
/id/(they were still English).
