Promote to production: fix blank tiles in Map Explorer (PR #168)
Temporary diagnostic to identify why openmaptiles vector tiles do not render. Logs: - fetchResolvedStyle fetch result and any JSON parse issues - TileJSON fetch success/failure and resolved tile URL - MapLibre error events - Source data loading events Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Temporary console.log statements to diagnose why openmaptiles vector tiles are not rendering. Will be removed once root cause is confirmed.
