Promote to production: whiteboard fix + Spreadsheet/CSV rename + watermark KTP SEO
Fires immediately on production hostnames only (same GA_ALLOWED_HOSTS guard as the GA4 tag) so staging, forks, previews and localhost never pollute the Ads account. Reuses the shared window.gtag/dataLayer queue.

Adds the Google Ads global site tag, guarded by the same production-hostname allowlist as the GA4 tag so only goodwebtools.com reports conversions — staging/forks/previews/localhost are excluded. Reuses the shared window.gtag/dataLayer queue.
