Hello , in reality this's not a PR but an issue :

When ever a PCM data is received an error is thrown " The variable 'opusDataLength' is being used without being initialized even with lastPacket

    spx_int32_t startofs = 0;
    int opusDataLength; 
    int outputSize;
    spx_uint32_t lastPacket;

Thank you .

Setting those options made OSX quite upset for some reason, so disable them when on Macs. I haven't been able to find any issues with this, so hopefully it doesn't subtly break anything. Additionally, this will add the default MacPorts library directory to the LD Path, which fixes linking against Log4CPP.
