SO1-247 Prepare release 0.17.26 #patch #release

Summary

• stage v0.17.26 from the latest origin tag, v0.17.25
• publish the direct Ghostty artwork repair and navigation-worker isolation from SO1-247
• move the existing Unreleased notes into the dated v0.17.26 changelog section

Validation

• make check-release PYTHON=/private/tmp/plex-tui-py313.hJQdYl/bin/python passed, including actionlint for eight workflows
• make compile passed
• make check-package PYTHON=/private/tmp/plex-tui-py313.hJQdYl/bin/python passed for the v0.17.26 wheel and sdist
• full Python 3.13 run: 529 passed; the single local failure used 192.168.0.13 as an assumed-unreachable host, but that address is reachable on this LAN
• the isolated auth test passed in the sandbox where its network premise holds
• required hosted Python 3.11 and 3.13 CI remains the merge gate

Release impact

This merge should create the v0.17.26 GitHub Release and publish PyPI, AUR, and Homebrew updates. The long Homebrew bottle workflow will be recorded as asynchronous rather than watched through completion.
