This PR sets the Compute Unit limit of each transaction by:

  • Setting the limit to 1.4 million manually (the maximum CUs a transaction can use).
  • Simulating the transaction before sending it.
  • Using the unitsConsumed value in the result to update the setComputeUnitLimit instruction data.
  • Sending the transaction whilst skipping preflight.
