solidus_auth_devise hasn't released a new version with Ruby 4 support so we have to use the most recent version on GitHub.
I think this needs to be like this so that it doesn't override the constant if it's already defined. Further we do need to be defining it this way inside of a block.
We use GitHub actions now.
