What: Added Nokia-7215-A1-DC-G48S4 hwsku alias as a symlink to Nokia-7215-A1. Why: Generalized SKU needed for all DC-powered A1 switches. How: Created symlink device/nokia/arm64-nokia_ixs7215_52xb-r0/Nokia-7215-A1-DC-G48S4 -> Nokia-7215-A1. Testing: All platform builds and KVM tests (t0, t1-lag, t2) passed.
