• This PR fixes the current lt2-o256-u32d224 topo file with correct IPV4 addresses
• And also added four more ARISTA VM configuration to match 224 downstream neighbors.

Approach

What is the motivation for this PR?

• To fix correct IPV4 addresses for peers in lt2-o256-u32d224 topo yaml file.
• "peers" IPV4 addresses were wrong and this range <10.0.0.256 to 10.0.0.503> of addresses were also used.

How did you do it?

• Correct the wrong IP addresses and also added four more ARISTA VM configuration to match 224 downstream neighbors.

How did you verify/test it?

• Ran add-topo with the above topo file and made sure it worked fine.
