Replaces twine + PYPI_TOKEN with pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish (OIDC), matching sonilo-mcp's release.yml. Adds a tag/pyproject version-match check and skip-existing for idempotent re-runs. Pending publisher for project
sonilois configured on PyPI separately.
