Packages called
coinmp,cbc,cgl,clp,osi,coinutilsbelong to COIN-OR. It is a family of optimization algorithms and solvers.This pull request adds some constraints, workarounds and recent versions of the packages. Because I couldn't find any compatibility information and the packages have issue with building against each other, I performed brute-force compatibility check to find the right constraints.
