A research archive, not software. Every paper is open access, CC BY 4.0, and stamped with a real Zenodo DOI. The thesis is a single variable — σ, the distance between declared and realized state — applied across domains, with falsifiable predictions stated as such.
σ-honest disclosure: these papers are open-access preprints, not peer-reviewed. They carry DOIs (citable, archived, timestamped on Zenodo) — a DOI certifies deposit and permanence, not referee approval. Read them as a falsifiable research program, not as established results. Where a claim is a prediction, it is labelled a prediction; if a stated prediction fails, the framework requires modification.

Verify integrity. The README is the declaration (a table of |Title|DOI| rows); papers/ is
the realization (the PDFs). A stdlib-only checker keeps them honest — it validates every DOI is a
well-formed Zenodo DOI, that visible DOI text matches its link target, and flags any duplicate DOI
or declared-vs-actual count drift. This runs green in CI on every push:
