Description
Pure-move reorganization of
tests/ported_static/into subject-fork folders (<fork>/<legacy_suite>/, mirroring the native suites), plus a conftest layout check and README notes. The fork folder is the subject's introducing fork and is decoupled fromvalid_from. Behaviorally inert: the full-tree Amsterdam fill reproduces exactly 19,491 cases before and after.Related Issues or PRs
