Description
Removes non-load-bearing hardcoded transaction gas limits from 226 ported static tests (each removal individually gated: fill at the current floor, automatic rollback on any behavior change — 91 candidates proved load-bearing and were left untouched). Pure hygiene: floors are unchanged (re-probed; the sub-Cancun fragility of these files lies elsewhere and stays on the enhancement queue).
