Replace hardcoded avatar/placeholder with a dynamic avatar (ui-avatars) and initials fallback, and surface username/email in the dropdown. Remove the old ModeToggle and add a Theme submenu using Sun/Moon icons and DropdownMenuSub components that call useTheme(). Small import and layout adjustments and added useAuthStore to read the current user. Logout behavior unchanged.
