Lever-1 of the road-test-driven path-coherence package (council-locked). On EMPTY/ERROR responses ONLY (successful responses byte-identical, exact-equality pinned across MCP search + CLI + all 4 path tools), returns a teaching pointer distinguishing CORPUS-miss vs FILTER-miss vs QUERY-miss with real in-corpus example paths + corpus roots, inspecting the corpus ONCE (no query rerun, asserted via calls===1). One shared src/read-guidance.ts builder across MCP + CLI; CORPUS-miss reuses the single FIRST_RUN_GUIDANCE. Review: opus clean; codex found 4 MED (query-miss must use scoped filter count, filter-miss wording contradicted its 0-count, CLI/path-tool success under-pinned, 150-line test-callback limit); all TDD-fixed. Full suite 1732 pass.
