Code Review

This pull request introduces support for multi-architecture RPM repository syncing from StackHPC Ark into local Pulp. It adds a new configuration variable, "stackhpc_pulp_rpm_architectures", allowing users to specify whether to sync "x86_64", "aarch64", or both. The repository definitions in "etc/kayobe/pulp.yml" have been updated to include architecture-specific entries and conditional logic based on the selected architectures. Documentation and release notes have also been updated to reflect these changes. I have no feedback to provide.
