add FAQ section on the landing page

📝 Description

Added a fully integrated FAQ section to the landing page with 8 beginner-friendly questions and answers to improve user guidance and navigation experience.

Changes Made:

• Added responsive FAQ section inside the website
• Implemented clean accordion-style FAQ layout
• Added important contribution and setup-related questions and answers
• Fixed the "Raise a Bug" issue where a blank template was appearing
