- Add internal/wa/newsletters.go: GetNewsletterInfoWithInvite, FollowNewsletter, UnfollowNewsletter, GetSubscribedNewsletters, GetNewsletterInfo, UploadNewsletter
- ResolveChatName: resolve channel names via GetNewsletterInfo
- SendProtoMessageWithExtra for newsletter media (MediaHandle)
- Store/sync: chatKind newsletter, migrations comment, refreshNewsletters on bootstrap
- WAClient interface + fake_wa stubs for newsletter methods
- CLI: wacli channels list|info|join|leave
- send file: use UploadNewsletter + MediaHandle when target is @newsletter
- docs: spec.md and README with channels section
