Changed references to Sucrpay to sucremoneda. The important one for users is the second, in

 Clone the Sentinel repo and install Python dependencies.
 
-    $ git clone https://github.com/sucrpay/sentinel.git && cd sentinel
+    $ git clone https://github.com/sucremoneda/sentinel.git && cd sentinel
     $ virtualenv ./venv
     $ ./venv/bin/pip install -r requirements.txt

Also fixed the references to CONTRIBUTING.md in the second commit.
