feat: add resume completion progress indicator

Added a resume completion progress indicator to improve user experience.

Changes

• Calculated completion percentage based on filled fields
• Displayed a dynamic progress bar at the top of the form
• Updates in real-time as users fill the form

Notes

• No changes to existing functionality
• Clean and minimal implementation

Here are the updated screenshots demonstrating the resume completion progress indicator:

• Partial completion (shows dynamic updates as fields are filled)
• Full completion (100% when all fields are completed)

The progress bar now appears once at the top and updates in real-time based on user input.
