Comprehensive README revamp and fix outdated URLs

📝 Description

As assigned in issue #5, I have revamped the README.md to align it with the current project goals (AI Resume Analyzer). I have also fixed the incorrect upstream clone URLs and improved the overall documentation structure.

🛠️ Changes Made:

• Fixed Clone URLs: Updated setup instructions to point to sunilkumar2170/Auto-Fill-Tool instead of the old upstream repo.
• Added Prerequisites: Clearly listed Node.js, npm, and Docker requirements.
• Enhanced Structure: Added a clickable Table of Contents (TOC) for better navigation.
• Project Branding: Updated the title and description to reflect the AI features mentioned in GSSoC.
• GSSoC '26 Support: Added contribution guidelines specifically for GSSoC participants.
• Visuals: Kept and organized the existing demo GIFs.
