- Test on several NodeJS versions on Travis - Update RabbitMQ to Docker Hub version, using docker-compose in tests - Latest mocha does not expose `global.gc()`. Passing option to node directly. Mocha executable must be `node_modules/.bin/_mocha` and not `node_modules/.bin/mocha` - Rewrite election tests - Adapt test timeouts - Remove deprecated isNullOrUndefined
