Method and variable name modifications

This pull request includes:

Variable name modifications

To improve clarity and maintain consistency with method names:

• target_dir → sim_dir
• simulation_folder → sensim_dir
• path → tio_dir
• target_file → sim_file
• simulation_data → extract_data
• begin_date_print → print_begin_date and end_date_print → print_end_date to align with other print-related variables such as print_prt_control and print_interval
• Standardized file and folder names in validators.py to input_file and input_dir

Method name modifications

For standardization and to support future features:

• simulation_by_sobol_sample → simulation_by_sobol_parameters
• sobol_indices → parameter_sensitivity_indices

Documentation updates

• Added detailed release notes for the next release.
