Notebook example, added license, updated mapping and evaluation

This PR introduces the following changes:

• adds a notebook with an example of the entire processing pipeline
• adjusts import paths to make them notebook compatible
• updates the README file
• adds a license
• updates the mapping to map on a statement-document level, and adjust the judging and evaluation files
