Make compilation of VoxSurf optional, defaulting to the python module first.
A static size made voxelization work only for the first call.
Parameter passing on python stl was missing bounds. Then the bounds were not correctly interpreted.

General cleanup of the cmake project (it wouldn't compile when hdf5 is in the system).
A header was missing from the xtensor library.
Since the libraries are no longer gitmodules I removed the file.
Removed generated files, the library itself and the dist directory. Those will be generated by pypi or the users when necessary.
