Some blocks in 1.3 and 1.4 (and a bit before) need to be improved/fixed

Notable things:

• Redstone
  Needs improvement for how directions are determined

• Stairs
  Corner stairs specifically. Doesnt exist yet

• Walls
  Logic behind walls does not exist lol

• Skulls
  Skulls simply do not render. At all. Dont know why!

• Ender chests
  They dont render the way they should...

Probably because they are trying to render a full chest block instead of a tile entity

• Glass Panes and Iron Bars
  Renders with all 4 sides sticking out. No dont do that
