P1 Badge Restrict docs deploy trigger to main

Adding ellphi-0.1.2 to the push trigger causes every push to that release branch to run the deploy path (mkdocs gh-deploy --force), because deployment is gated only on github.event_name == 'push'. In practice this can overwrite the published docs with release-branch content while you only intended to validate CI there; use a non-deploy trigger (e.g., PR/workflow_dispatch) or branch-check the deploy step.
