Introduce gtfo/data/g++.json with file-read, file-write, and shell payloads for g++. Normalize gtfo/data/gcc.json by adding "binary" and "contexts" fields, standardizing example paths to "/path/to/input-file", clarifying comments (e.g. @file parsing and that -o with /dev/null deletes the file), and updating the -wrapper shell example with an explanatory note about requiring any existing file. Changes are primarily data/formatting and documentation to make payloads consistent.
