I added an interactive BOM for the v3.1 and some of the v3.0. The BOM for xpe_v31 had to be hand modified for the 1uF capacitor instead of the 100nF one (as it is in the eagle file). Ideally, this would be changed in the .brd file as well, but I couldn't get my free version of eagle to work with the files.
Additionally, I made the graphs generated by calibrate.py a little nicer, though I did change the python version to python3
