- Updates packages to latest
- Fixes the action erroring out when parsing 1000+ files. It now uses an asynchronous iterator to process 300(constant) files at a time, so we don't have memory constraints
- Fixes the action using the wrong key for caching regex for file paths meaning checks are faster now especially for large files
- Fixes the action rechecking the same code owner multiple times for each file meaning checks are faster now especially for large files
