feat: conductor vscode extension (WIP)

• provide validation and auto completion for **/conductor/config.yaml files using the generated json schema
• provide auto-completion and validation for sources and caches ids when used.
• provide an icon for conductor folder / add Conductor to folders material-extensions/vscode-material-icon-theme#2185
