This commit solves a critical performance vector inside internal/campaign/edge_case_detector.go.

Previously, AnalyzeFiles iterated over N files, invoking queryDependencies and queryComplexity which each fired a broad d.kernel.Query (M facts). This resulted in an O(N * M) explosion in runtime and GC allocations on large repositories.

Changes:

  1. Fact Caching: Extracted kernel.Query into an upfront, single evaluation fetching all target facts into a lightweight kernelFacts cache array before any evaluation takes place.
  2. Parallelized Execution: AnalyzeFiles now evaluates paths concurrently using a sync.WaitGroup and buffered semaphore (cap: 8 workers) to maximize CPU utilization without memory starvation.
  3. Safety & Correctness: Channel results are gracefully collected and sorted. Additional fixes include context timeout adjustments for zero-length slices.

Passes all integration, boundary, and unit tests cleanly.
