Four new durable lessons extracted from session-6c091d (PR #76): 1. cherry-pick-from-sibling-testbed (best-practices) — when a post-filter sibling has authored fix commits with file:line repro coordinates, fetch the sibling and cherry-pick directly. Halves review surface, preserves authorship. 2. bench-dashboard-acceptance-script-parity (architecture-patterns) — when a dashboard parses banners by exact-string match, the two artifacts must be edited together; add a roster-shape test that pulls banners from the script directly. Surfaced by Bug #4. 3. test-env-hermeticity-for-backend-precedence (conventions) — when an SDK picks a backend by env presence, tests must scope-stash every key in the chain via prefix glob, not just the one they assert on. Surfaced by Bug #7. 4. parallel-docs-subagent-overscrubs-adrs (best-practices) — the leakage rule's ADR carve-out from PR #74 is invisible to fresh docs-refresh subagents; brief them explicitly that `docs/adr/*` retains spec coordinates. Triggered the e186aea restore commit. Updated `no-spec-coordinate-leakage-into-source.md` with a Sweep-scope section that names `docs/adr/*` as the carve-out, so future subagents reading the lesson don't have to do PR archaeology to discover it. INDEX.md updated with the four new entries.
…lves GitHub code-scanning advanced-setup is pinned to `ci.yml:osv` (visible on PR runs as "Code scanning cannot determine the alerts introduced by this pull request, because 1 configuration present on refs/heads/main was not found: Actions workflow (ci.yml) — .github/workflows/ci.yml:osv"). The osv-scanner job actually lived in a sibling `osv.yml` workflow, so the configured pointer never resolved. Mirror the job into ci.yml under the expected `osv` ID; demote `osv.yml` to a weekly-cron + manual dispatch path so OSV advisory data still picks up between PRs without double-running on every push/PR. No behavioral change to the SARIF upload (same scanner, same lockfile, same upload action + category). The next PR run should clear the "configuration not found" advisory.
