What

Replaces the static hero PNG with an animated GIF of a real governed run.

The GIF is built from the existing examples/demo-assets/videos/02_governance_on_budget_cap.webm recording (no new capture, no synthetic mockup): a governed Research → Summarize pipeline runs, the budget cap halts spend mid-run when worst-case cost exceeds the remaining budget, and the Dashboard then attributes cost per agent. The hero links through to the full .webm.

Why

A still frame can't show the core loop — spend climbing, the cap tripping, the dashboard filling. The animation shows the actual product doing its one job. It's the same scenario the previous static hero depicted, just in motion.

Details

  • New asset: examples/demo-assets/videos/02_governance_on_budget_cap.gif (~775 KB, 720px wide, ~13s, 10 fps, palette-optimized).
  • Trimmed the first ~1.8s of Streamlit load so the poster frame opens on the branded Chat page, not a black screen.
  • Alt text and a caption describe the sequence for accessibility; hero links to the full-quality .webm.

Swap the static hero PNG for an animated GIF built from the existing
02_governance_on_budget_cap.webm recording: a governed Research -> Summarize
run halts when worst-case cost exceeds the remaining budget, then the
Dashboard attributes spend per agent. Links through to the full video.
