Family-5 (derived_verbs) calibration under the 2026-07-17 owner authorization — candidate-mode only, corpus-wide surface-template projection explicitly prohibited and fixture-enforced:

• Producer extends the FAM4 carrier: letter-level ownership with Form-IV hamza / Form-VIII infix ta as derivative classes, Treatment-C on gemination with A-D idgham classification (no naive splits), hamzat al-wasl governed, weak-letter operations / voice / PNG / mood as separate governed fields.
• 7-row working set (3 STRAT + 4 FAM4 owner-gated rows): 3 candidates (quadriliteral perfect, Form-VIII perfect passive with gemination, Form-IV perfect 1cs) each with exact entry-form attestation + closed-registry pattern + reconstruction proof; 4 typed abstentions (3 source_gap without entry-form grounding, 1 held).
• Adversarial fixtures include the mandatory surface-template-only claim that must fail closed.
• Fresh-LF-clone harness ALL PASS; pre_apply_not_authorized on every record.
