edges: typed edge graph + bidirectional lexeme-entry crosswalk + validators (owner §6-9,14)

The crosswalk-phase critical path (owner directive 2026-07-17), candidate-mode only:

• qamus.graph_edge.v1 schema with the exact 12-type owner edge enum; whitelist entry_id represented ONLY as page_context_entry_edge — the no-silent-promotion invariant is validator-enforced red-first.
• Bidirectional lexeme-entry crosswalk (forward/reverse v1 projections) over 2,092 entries / 7,700 cards / 7,740 selected-word rows / 34,323 occurrences / 56,117 appearances; every edge carries the 7-value status enum; orthography-guarded exact matching; root agreement alone yields root_family_edge at most.
• Yield (owner units): 7,017/7,740 selected-word rows deterministic_exact + 723 ambiguous fail-closed; 2,925 cards fully usable; 1,974 entries usable.
• All ten owner validators wired into the harness with red-first fixtures.
• Section 9 reclassification: honest — 54 genuine source_gaps retained; the sufaha 2:13:12 chain made explicit (selected_word_edge_missing -> display_local_crosswalk_missing -> projection_input_edge_missing -> certified_fact_attachment_missing) with candidate repair edges; 11/11 certification verified from the evidence stream.
• Section 14 debt: all 6,677 rows classified into the 13 owner repair families (5,518 deterministic entry/form match; 569 source/scholar; 262 function word; 175 proper noun; 100 dup-surface; 28 divine-name; 0 genuinely unresolvable); reciprocity 9 -> 6 resolver-defect fixes recorded + 3 typed packets.
• Fresh-LF-clone harness ALL PASS; large jsonl outputs stay lane-side; repo gets builder/analyzer/validator/tests/fixtures. pre_apply_not_authorized preserved.
