repair1: deterministic entry/form repairs + reciprocity builder fix + dup-surface review (5,518 rows)

First mass execution of the EDGES repair families, candidate-mode:

• Task 1: all 5,518 deterministic entry/form rows repaired under absolute orthography guards — 11,036 form/lexeme edges (deterministic_exact, full provenance); yield in owner units: 2,160 selected-word rows newly edge-complete, 1,348 cards, 1,334 entries; ten typed-graph validators pass over the enlarged graph.
• Task 2: the occurrence-appearance builder's source_key->entry_id resolution defect fixed red-first; all six affected rows now reciprocate; the three different_page_context_relationship rows remain typed owner-gated packets (no silent promotion).
• Task 3: bounded review of the 106 duplicate-surface ambiguities — 32 context-resolved to candidate status with evidence chains, 74 remain typed ambiguous with exact missing-evidence statements, six divine-name rows stay root-silent per policy.
• Compounding Impact + acceleration metrics per the NorthStar reminder; fresh-LF-clone ALL PASS; pre_apply_not_authorized.
