SalesOS.ai: Agentic AI Sales Intelligence & Revenue Acceleration

SalesOS.ai is an enterprise-grade autonomous sales system designed to monitor leads, manage agent-driven negotiations, and accelerate revenue in real time. The platform utilizes an event-driven architecture to orchestrate multiple AI agents that analyze lead behavior, score potential deals, and suggest or execute sales strategies with full explainability.

Core Features

  • Autonomous Sales Agents: Includes specialized agents for Lead Scoring, Negotiation, Follow-up Strategy, and Ethics to handle the full sales lifecycle.
  • Digital Twin Intelligence: Synthesizes lead profiles, company data, and historical events to create a digital representation of every prospect for AI analysis.
  • Explainable AI (XAI): Provides a reasoning stream for every autonomous action, detailing the model used, the logic applied, and the confidence score.

Technical Architecture

Backend

  • Framework: FastAPI for high-performance API routing.
  • Orchestration: A custom agent orchestrator that manages context building and LLM routing.

  • Database: PostgreSQL for persistent storage of lead states and agent logs.
  • Real-time: Redis and Socket.io for live event streaming and state management.

Frontend

  • Framework: Next.js with the App Router architecture.
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS for a modern, responsive enterprise UI.
  • State Management: Zustand for global lead and agent state synchronization.

Project Structure

  • /backend: Contains the FastAPI application, database models, and API routes.
  • /backend/orchestrator: The core intelligence layer containing agent logic and LLM configurations.
  • /backend/orchestrator/agents/mock_data: Source CSV and JSON files for lead and company context.
  • /frontend: The Next.js web application including the Digital Twin view and Agent Monitoring center.

Installation and Setup

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.13.4 or higher
  • Node.js 18.x or higher
  • PostgreSQL instance

Backend Setup

  1. Navigate to the backend directory.
  2. Install dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt.
  3. Configure environment variables for DATABASE_URL and GROQ_API_KEY.
  4. Start the server: uvicorn app.main:app --reload.

Frontend Setup

  1. Navigate to the frontend directory.
  2. Install dependencies: npm install.
  3. Start the development server: npm run dev.

Deployment

The system is configured for deployment on platforms like Render or Railway. Ensure the Root Directory is set to the respective backend or frontend folder and environment variables are correctly mapped in the production dashboard.
