Improved Ubuntu compatibility by adding runtime checks for PipeWire and providing detailed installation instructions in the README.

Changes

  • Runtime Checks: Added quinoa/compatibility.py to detect if PipeWire is installed and running.
  • User Feedback: Modified main.py to display user-friendly warning dialogs if PipeWire is missing or if the backend fails to load due to missing libraries.
  • Documentation: Updated README.md with a "System Requirements" section detailing how to set up PipeWire on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

This ensures that users on older Ubuntu versions (PulseAudio default) get clear guidance instead of obscure crashes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5528398726435202088 started by @thisisryanswift

- Added `quinoa/compatibility.py` to check for PipeWire presence and status.
- Updated `quinoa/main.py` to:
  - Check for PipeWire at startup and warn if missing or not running.
  - Handle `ImportError` when loading the backend (missing libraries) and show a helpful dialog.
- Updated `README.md` with explicit Ubuntu instructions (22.04 vs 22.10+).
