fix: populate habit names in Astra action results - #452

I will inject the existing generic habit repository into UpdateChecklistTool, MoveHabitParentTool, LinkGoalsToHabitTool, and DuplicateHabitTool. The first three will resolve the owned target before dispatch and return its title after a successful command; DuplicateHabit will resolve the newly created habit by its returned ID so the chip names the actual copy. Tests will stay in the four matching tool test files and cover real titles plus null names for unresolved targets. This avoids changing command or DTO contracts and keeps the patch within the ticket's eight file cap. |
