This pull request significantly expands and clarifies the documentation for the draw.io MCP diagramming skill, with a focus on supporting sequence/flow diagrams (auth flows, API interactions, CI/CD pipelines), improving visual conventions (especially for traffic flow and animation), and reorganizing checklists and export guidance. The most important changes are:

Expanded Diagram Types and Patterns

• Added support for sequence and flow diagrams (auth flows, API/microservice call chains, CI/CD pipelines) with dedicated layout guidance, color conventions, and checklists. These diagrams now bypass icon lookup and use new patterns for swimlane and pipeline layouts. [1] [2] [3]

• Standardized traffic arrow color palettes for Azure and AWS diagrams, clarified usage for different protocols and flows, and reserved red exclusively for denied/blocked traffic.
