Bugfix release, fixing issue in relation to handling of max_repeaters limit in getBulk requests

Breaking Tiebreaker

This version fixes a bug when breaking ties between conversations with equal, high, score

time and headers

Template variables containing time has been added, and response-headers are now parsed as templates before added to response.
