I added the code to search for observable galactic longitudes with TIM, a function to load the noise from Franck's noise model given a vector of frequency channels, and a code to generate gaussian white noise maps using the noise model.
Finally, I made an example notebook that creates such white noise maps and measure the cylindrical power spectrum in a noise cube.
