New Icons (Final Cut Pro, Google +, PolyMail, SeaMonkey, Vienna, Visual Studio Code)

Love the icon set and thought I would add a few of my own that I needed.
Not too impressed with the Final Cut Pro icon, cone gradients in illustrator is a fine art I have yet to master fully 😄 but it's better than having one icon stick out on my dock.

I really like the SeaMonkey icon -- I think the highlights (although they look really good) detracts from the 'flat' theme. Final Cut's gradient also doesn't really fit the flat theme either. If you look at what I did for Kaleidoscope, I represented the gradient with a low-poly mosaic of flat colors

I wasn't too sure on the final cut pro icon myself, will have a go at a more flat icon, might try and do something slimier to the icon for colors, that way it looks more like the original final cut pro icon.

Will have a mess around and see what I can come up with.

The SeaMonkey icon doesn't really work as when you open SeaMonkey it changes back to the default one after a few minutes, bit strange and messes with my OCD.
Not sure if the is a fix for that or not.

I have just done a quick edit on the FCP and SeaMonkey icons, the FCP one is a pretty big improvement but still not sure on it myself.

And I toned down the SeaMonkey logo a bit and I think it looks quite a bit nicer, got a bit carried away with the detail before.

Looks great @adamxp12! I think they all look fantastic and work very well with the other icons in the package, with the exception of SeaMonkey. Would you mind moving the SeaMonkey icon out into another PR when it fits the overall theme better? Then I am sure this PR will get merged very soon.
