Used reshape and gradient instead of two nested for loop in GetCurrents.m. Changed indexing in GetCurrents.m (matrices now make more sense when viewing their contents). Added all global variables to CurrentCode.m and GetCurrents.m. Added extra input to GetCurrents.m to allow the figures to alternate.
Added a choice to generate rectangles instead of circles or ellipses. The rectangles have the same size but change location randomly with each iteration. -Joseph Mankal
