There is also the "raw/quale" meaning (see «nhuaıgaı»), which is also not what «gaı» means, despite it having the (c c) frame. See Ntsékees' comment. («lugaı» there is now «lagaı») |

This pull request alters the frames of «gaı», «kaqgaı», «shıqgaı» &c to better reflect the interpretation of their objects as stimuli, c.f. gegaı. Preceding discussion can be found in #15 and beginning here in Discord.
I believe (partly from reading Hoemaı's comments in #15) that the current official intent to is coerce propositions to events which are then considered as stimuli, so that «Kaqgaı jara jı́ ásu da» means something like "I (directly) see an event of the dog run(ning)" rather than "I see that the dog runs". The latter should be thought of as involving interpretation; under that meaning, perhaps I see that the dog runs (or ran) because I directly perceive deep, widely spaced paw-prints in the mud which I reason were made by the dog. This is the meaning we wish to avoid.
The feeling that the (c 0) frame poorly reflects the intended usage of the word or encourages mistakes seems widespread— (c c) is probably more intuitive.
